Terms of Service

Effective July 18, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of SKUView, a service operated by Ecount Solutions LLC ("SKUView," "we," "us"). By creating an account or connecting your Amazon seller account, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

SKUView connects to your Amazon Selling Partner and Advertising accounts to display profit, fee, and advertising analytics for your business. You must be an authorized user of the Amazon seller account you connect.

2. Your Account

You're responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use SKUView to access Amazon data you're not authorized to access.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, resell, or use SKUView to build a competing service.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service or attempt unauthorized access to it.
  • Use SKUView in violation of Amazon's own terms, policies, or acceptable use requirements.

4. Fees and Free Trials

SKUView may offer a free trial period followed by paid subscription plans, as described at signup or on our pricing page. We'll clearly disclose applicable fees before you're charged.

5. Data Accuracy

SKUView calculates profit and fee figures from data provided by Amazon's own APIs. While we work to keep these calculations accurate, SKUView is provided for informational purposes and should not be your sole source of truth for accounting, tax, or legal purposes.

6. Intellectual Property

SKUView and its underlying technology are owned by Ecount Solutions LLC. Your Amazon business data remains yours - we don't claim ownership over it.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

SKUView is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ecount Solutions LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of SKUView.

9. Termination

You may disconnect your Amazon account and stop using SKUView at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date at the top of this page.
